We are working in partnership with a leading Print and Communications Group in identifying top tier account handlers to help continue the success of their organisation. We are actively seeking an Account Manager, experienced at developing strong relationships within high profile, high value accounts.

The Role

• Reporting in to the Client Services Director, you will build and develop relationships to ensure client retention and repeatable business.
  
• Implement account plans for assigned account(s) to deliver incremental and profitable growth.
  
• Manage and co-ordinate clients requirements across the group to deliver seamless product, services and solutions.
  
• Deliver contracted service levels, quality standards and committed deadlines to ensure client satisfaction.

The Individual

• Experience in account management with in the Print or Print Management arena is essential.
  
• You will be able to demonstrate how you have pro-actively grown and developed accounts.
  
• A demonstrable track record of people management.
  
• A keen eye for detail is important for this role, as is ensuring you are fully conversant with your clients business.
  
• A confident presenter and negotiator with a consultative approach who shows good judgement and focus in their daily work.
