Administrator-Facilities Services Associate (3 month contract)

About the Job

To coordinate, track and report upon Real Estate & Facilities activities in LSDS (EU), ensuring that reports are collated and presented to Director on a monthly basis.
To assist and support the European Real Estate and Facilities Team in a way that maximises their effectiveness by increasing their time delivering projects to the business on time and within budget.
To deliver elements of the core TMS programme (property and asset database) and certain Covance wide initiatives.
Book and organise all travel for the Crawley Site.
Work closely with Director of Real Estate & Facilities to assist in the day to day running of the European Team.
Organise project review meetings, including room bookings, providing equipment, hotel rooms, accommodation and travel arrangements. Also ensuring that all relevant information has been sent to participants before the meeting.

About You
Ideally previous administrative experience
Computer literacy (word processing and spreadsheet software).
Good typing skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Enthusiastic about learning new things
