Famous Footwear are a national footwear retailer based in East Lancashire who requires a friendly, well organised, career minded and ambitious person to join the team as an Assistant Website Manager.
Working from their Head Office in Rawtenstall, Lancashire you will report to the Website Manager and be responsible for all aspects of their retail website.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Uploading of product details and photography onto the API.
- Website content management using CMS tool, including maintenance and updating
- Sourcing and testing links for website and e-communications
- Translation requirements for website and e-communications
- Monitoring of orders from purchase to delivery and ensuring the best possible customer experience
- Data pulling and reporting to the Account Director
- General maintenance of website.
The successful applicant will:
- Have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C (or equivalent)
- Be comfortable and efficient working with the MS Office suite of programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and be web literate.
- Be highly numerate and literate with clear written and verbal communication skills at all levels
- Have superb administration skills
- Ideally be a graduate with website administration experience
- Be capable of multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines and targets
- Be customer focused, ideally with previous customer service experience
- Be comfortable using a professional camera and features.
- Have an understanding of Photoshop & Illustrator
