The Company
Rhythm & Booze is a retail off-licence chain with 72 stores in Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Humberside.
They currently employ 500 people and are now looking for a deputy store manager to assist the store manager in all store operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading high street retailer.
Key responsibilities;
Providing excellent customer care to maximise sales
Staff training and health & safety management
Store administrative duties including staff rotas, stock control, sales records, banking and general housekeeping.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws.
Cash handling
Ideal Candidate;
Excellent sales skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
Self-motivating
Full clean driving licence
