Our client is a market leading TeleHealthcare and Telecare solutions provider who through the use of technology support the vulnerable, elderly/infirm and people with long-term care needs to live independently, by effectively managing their health and well-being.

The Field Service team provides a high quality repair and maintenance service to the company’s and third party products in an efficient and professional manner. This is a varied and interesting role that encompasses: repair, maintenance and preventative maintenance of existing systems plus some installation of new systems and equipment that includes fire alarms.

Successful candidates should ideally have an Electrical or Electronic qualification equivalent to an NVQ level 2 or City & Guilds VQ L2 and some experience of servicing and repairing (down to board level) equipment systems such as: Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Door Entry, Access Control, Environmental Monitoring/Control, Fire Detection and Nurse Call.

A flexible attitude is pivotal as engineers must be able to cover an out of hour’s standby rota, which does include occasional weekend work. A smart appearance and a helpful and positive disposition are essential in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
