Global Mobility Advisor-Maidenhead

We are currently recruiting for a Global Mobility Advisor to be based at our Maidenhead office, covering a maternity leave for 11 months. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Mobility and be responsible for providing a first class service to our international assignees and employees relocating domestically and internationally.

About the Job

Assist as needed with global policy reviews using internal and external market data sources
Collate and input data on assignee policy data surveys.
Liaise with RTS, Shared Services, HR and external providers to administer and co ordinate relocation processes for starters, existing employees and leavers on a global basis.
Recommend policy and appropriate assignment / relocation solutions to the business.
Responsible for compensation collection and working with our finance team on monthly budgeting and forecasting.
Coordinate global Monthly data collection process for global tax filings (compensation, benefit & relocation data).
Be responsible for preparing the compensation data information in the correct format for our tax providers.
Issue global program expenses to payroll for payroll/tax reporting
Research various queries from tax provider regarding compensation & relocation data provided
Send notifications to tax authorized employees communicating timelines for submission of TDOs, reminders to ensure compliance, etc.
Prepare draft assignment costing’s for moves and update with actual information to assist with the budgeting process.
Maintain and issue monthly relocation assignment cost tracking reports to the business units for financial reporting purposes.
Prepare draft assignment letters for the global mobility programs with the correct compliance information from a tax and Social Security perspective.
Review cost of living data on a regular basis
Prepare assignee offer packs with relevant assignment information and ensure signed letters are received from individuals
Assist with visa applications and extensions
Be a point of contact for individuals moving globally and assist with their queries having regular meetings with them as applicable.
Support the Global Mobility Manager on global assignment projects

About You

ideally educated to a degree level in HR, tax or business studies or equivalent.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in Global Mobility, coordinating assignments and relocation.

postgraduate experience.
Applicants with previous expatriate tax or compensation knowledge are preferred.
The candidate should be numerate with good skills in excel and word applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; appropriate tact and professionalism.
Self-motivation.
Recognition of the importance of timelines within projects.
