Head of Customer Experience required for one of the fastest growing businesses in the South West.

This exiting opportunity has been created as a result of the phenomenal growth of a start up business based in the Cotswolds.

We are looking for a  passionate individual who can lead and manage a growing team focused on providing award winning customer service.

This opportunity is not for the ‘faint hearted’ and you should be ready to move into a role which will require dedication, commitment and flexibility. Using your imagination and skill, you will be someone who has strong ideas on how it can be done better.  We are looking for someone who relishes the idea of starting with a blank sheet of paper and creating something fantastic.

This person will face many challenges along the way however the key attribute we are looking for is someone diverse in their thinking and committed to fighting for the customer interests in the boardroom, as well as being willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.  Ultimately you will need a gut feel for customer service; be able to support the business to deliver quality and consistency to every customer, every time.

In return for your expertise, hard work and commitment we will offer a six figure salary/package commensurate with the level of opportunity and position within a business.
