INTERNATIONAL SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Reporting to the Export Sales Office Manager this role involves providing a link between our worldwide network of distributors and all departments, including the manufacturing facility. It is the hub for customer service, product information, sales projects, order administration and order shipping. 

The key responsibilities for this role will be:

• Order Coordination and Shipping, including preparation of Customs Documentation
• Providing excellent internal & external customer service
• Distributor & Export Sales Manager support using your knowledge of foreign languages with the network of international distributors
• Department Liaison within the different businesses, including sales projects & order dispatch operations 

The successful applicant will have:

• Excellent communication skills including fluency in at least one foreign language; German, French 
• Good Microsoft Office package skills - Word, Outlook , Excel
• Commitment to achieving results
• Strong administrative & organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
• A team player with ‘can do’ attitude to your work also with an ability to work to set deadlines
• The capability to collaborate with internal department working practices & the ability to work on own initiative  
• Great customer & commercial focus to ensure that requirements of customers & the company are met
