The business operates the largest and most comprehensive holding of equipment for hire in the UK. In order for the business to meet its long term growth objectives, it has identified the need for Outbound Tele-sales Professionals to further develop their presence within the Industrial sector.

The Role

Speaking directly to decision makers within the Construction, Environmental, Industrial and Infrastructure industries, the successful candidate will be targeted to open enquiries with new clients and re-establish contact with lapsed client accounts. This individual will also be responsible developing revenue streams as well as contacting existing customers and assessing their satisfaction with the service received. Participation in scheduled sales and marketing campaigns will also be required.

The Candidate

All applicants should have appropriate experience of direct calling customers and will have a tenacious and enthusiastic approach to new business development. Previous experience of building excellent relationships with both clients and colleagues is essential, as is proven experience of providing first rate customer service. 

This individual will be highly organised with exemplary attention to detail and previous experience of utilising IT systems including CRM.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong negotiation experience and a confident telephone manner.
