The Global Archives Division, situated in Harrogate, North Yorkshire are recruiting for a Records Officer to work within its regulatory archive facilities.

As a Records Officer, you will effectively process and maintain archived materials in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, together with the relevant directives of the appropriate regulatory bodies. You will respond to the needs of both internal and external customers/regulators. You will also be required to deal with enquiries and disposition instructions in a timely fashion, offering an efficient and accurate service in all instances.

About You

You should possess a good education in Maths and English, have the ability to utilise word-processing software, databases, spreadsheet and specialised software, have effective interpersonal and customer service skills, demonstrated attention to detail; consistency and accuracy. As there will be a small amount of driving required, you must possess a valid UK driving licence. Training will be given in operating a counterbalance fork-lift truck but experience would be advantageous.

Candidates will be considered from a range of backgrounds and those with industrial experience would be considered appropriate for the position.

Good basic Education in Maths and English.
