Due to continued and sustained growth we are looking to recruit a number of Candidate Managers / Headhunters into the firm. This role involves researching and mapping target companies, approaching and headhunting selected individuals on behalf of our clients, assessing suitability and then challenging the candidates commitment to discuss the potential role in more detail with one of our internal Partners, before possibly being put forward for interview.

The role requires tenacity and confidence and the willingness to work to tight deadlines under pressure. The role is extremely proactive and would suit those comfortable in a fast moving sales environment working under pressure.

Success brings good financial reward and swift progression through to the Consultant level within our firm where you will begin to interact with our clients, with the chance for substantial earnings.

Excellent and extensive initial and ongoing training is provided.

To be considered for this role you will have proven telephone sales experience, have first class communication skills and have a demonstrable track record of being a high achiever in previous telephone based sales roles.
