CONTRACT MANAGER

About the Job
You will conduct Contract Management tasks for high complexity projects and to support management in the development of processes and service quality.
• You will lead contract start and end consultancy calls with clients.
• You will develop, review and negotiate Confidentiality Agreements, Letters of Intent, Consulting Agreements, Clinical Development Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Individual Project Agreements and Payment Schedules.
• You will perform cash flow analysis and generate payment schedules for all Agreements within Contract Management guidelines.
About You
• You should ideally have a BA or BS in business or life science (or equivalent experience)
• You should have contract management and Contract Research Organisation (CRO) experience
• You should be process driven
• You will be confident with figures
• Have strong Microsoft Office skills

Education/Qualifications Required:
• BA or BS in business or life science (or equivalent experience)
Experience Required:
Minimum of 2 - 3 years in pharmaceutical or CRO industry with Contract Management specific experience.
