About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Resourcer/Recruitment professional to join our team. In this role you will be providing research services to the recruitment team sourcing candidates in support of assigned job families to build a pipeline. You will provide market mapping information and carries out research on industry trends.
Responsibilities will include:

Attending job launches with the hiring manager and the recruiter
Collaborating with recruitment team on the creation of recruitment plans for assigned job families
Develop targeted sourcing plans for specific positions
Job board mining
Internet searching
Identifying the right people in target companies being profiled and identifying people by their job function where required
Work on an international scale
Attending networking events

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience, either in-house or agency. You will have a passion for sourcing and the tenacity required to be successful. Excellent communication and organisational skills are required. Ideal candidate will speak fluent English to a professional standard. Additional language skills in either German or French will be highly beneficial.
A Bachelor’s degree would be advantageous
To succeed in this role you will need to be articulate, well spoken and have confident telephone manner
Be able to retain relationships with people for future recruitment needs
Excellent IT skills and exposure to recruitment software
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience

Ability to demonstrate a successful track record in sourcing internationally at non-management levels

Previous experience as a recruitment researcher within a search consultancy or in-house recruitment team
Experience of sourcing for passive candidates.
