The Company

Rhythm & Booze is a retail off-licence chain with 72 stores in Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Humberside.
They currently employ 500 people and are now looking for a store manager to run their Garforth store. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading high street retailer.

Key responsibilities;
Providing excellent customer care to maximise sales
Staff training
Store administrative duties including staff rotas, stock control, sales records, banking and general housekeeping.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws.

Ideal Candidate;
Must have personal liquor licence
Excellent sales skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
HR experience including staff appraisals, training and induction programmes.
Computer literate
Full clean driving licence
