In this role you will have a great opportunity to progress in your career and develop. We currently have roles available working as an Associate or Senior Specialist.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Study start-up team with responsibility for
collection of the required investigator and regulatory documents for a study and making sure the required standard is met, this varied role will include;

You will be the primary contact with clinical trials investigator sites during site start-up activities (i.e. site identification, selection and activation)
You will have responsibility for working with investigative sites to collect the required investigator and regulatory documents for a study
Work together with CRA’s and Project Manager to meet deadlines
You will be working with investigative sites to negotiate and finalize investigator contracts and budgets
You will ensure the maintenance of site address and personnel information in the Trial Tracker Site Information Module study database is kept up to date

About You
Ideally, you will have a Life Science degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience in study start-up
Aptitude for tracking and proofreading contracts, with an understanding of contract lifecycle
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Computer/database literacy
Able to keep calm under pressure, capable of multi-tasking, able to priorities work load

Able to deal with all levels of people and forge strong working relationships with both internal and external customers
Good oral and written communication skills.

Required:
University/College degree (life science preferred), or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriate accredited institution (e.g., nursing certification, medical or laboratory technology)

In lieu of the above requirement, candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent AND a minimum of 2 years work experience in clinical research, including a strong working knowledge of the ICH guidelines and FDA, IRB/IEC regulations will be considered Required:
Good organizational and time management skills
Working knowledge of ICH, FDA, IRB/IEC and other applicable regulations/guidelines; familiarity with investigator start up documents; previous interaction with operational project teams and investigative sites preferred
Good communication skills, oral and written
Self-motivation with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Works well independently as well as in a team environment
Detail and process oriented
Positive attitude and approach
Interact with internal and external customers with high degree of professionalism and discretion
Multi-tasking capability
Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet skills), aptitude for training, capable of operating standard office equipment (e.g. fax, copier etc.).
Flexible and adaptable to a developing work environment
