Online Recruitment Process

At eRecruit Assist we offer a thorough online recruitment process to ensure we identify and attract the highest quality candidates to match your requirements. As well as advertising your vacancy on each of the leading online job sites, we search our in house database, plus all of the relevant CV databases and social networking sites. We don’t stop there... Our experienced consultants then filter and qualify all candidates to ensure you only receive the best!

Advert Writing

We offer a proof reading service to ensure your advert content includes the relevant keywords and is compliant with all current employment advertising guidelines.

If you prefer, you can have your advert professionally written by one of eRecruit Assist's consultants who specialises in your sector.

Online Advertising

We will advertise your vacancy on multiple, sector specific and generic online job sites.

Typically this will include up to 10 job sites ensuring maximum exposure of your vacancy to all active candidates within your sector.

Your advert will be posted for four weeks. If after this period you do not have a relevant shortlist we can advertise your role for a further four weeks at no additional cost to you.

Database Searching

One of our experienced consultants will perform a search of:

  1. The UK’s largest generic and sector specific CV databases.
  2. Our in house database of over 15,000 quality active candidates
  3. All relevant social networking sites

This combined approach allows us to identify and match the most suitable candidates to your requirements.

Filter, Qualify Reponses and Submit Shortlist

Advert responses will be filtered to remove any candidates who do not meet your requirements.

Once we have identified a long list of candidates we will pre-qualify them to ensure all candidates match your requirements. This will ensure we submit only the most relevant candidates to you.
